OneStep Path is an on-device tool that turns a daily completion record into a visible step along a selected journey. Users start a journey during setup, may select from journeys already stored in the app, record one new step per local calendar day for the selected journey, add an optional memo, view progress, and reset a journey.
OneStep Pathは、日々の達成記録を選択した道の「一歩」として可視化する端末内ツールです。初期設定で道を始め、アプリ内に保存済みの道が複数ある場合は切り替え、選択した道につきローカル日付ごとに新しい一歩を1件記録し、任意のメモ入力、進捗確認、道のリセットができます。
OneStep Path is a personal progress-recording tool, not a guarantee of goal achievement, health improvement, educational results, or any other outcome.
OneStep Pathは個人の進捗を記録するツールであり、目標達成、健康改善、学習成果その他の結果を保証するものではありません。
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OneStep Path for personal or otherwise lawful purposes. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, infringe another person's rights, or reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute it except where applicable law expressly permits.
ユーザーには、個人的またはその他の適法な目的でOneStep Pathを使用するための限定的・非独占的・譲渡不可のライセンスが付与されます。アプリの悪用、動作妨害、第三者の権利侵害、または適用法が明示的に認める場合を除くリバースエンジニアリング、改変、再配布は禁止されます。
Users remain responsible for journey names, optional memos, and other content they enter, and must have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not enter unlawful, rights-infringing, or unnecessarily sensitive information.
道の名前、任意入力のメモその他の入力内容についてはユーザーが責任を負い、必要な権利・許可を保有する必要があります。違法、権利侵害、または不必要に機密性の高い情報を入力しないでください。
OneStep Path stores data locally, but device failure, operating-system behavior, storage pressure, app defects, date or time-zone changes, backup restoration, or user actions may cause loss, duplication, or unexpected display. Keep independent records of important information. Resetting a journey removes its records and memos. Uninstalling the app removes its local container, subject to Apple's backup behavior.
OneStep Pathはデータを端末内に保存しますが、端末故障、OSの動作、容量不足、アプリの不具合、日付・タイムゾーン変更、バックアップ復元、ユーザー操作により、データの消失、重複、予期しない表示が発生する場合があります。重要な情報は別途保管してください。道をリセットすると、その道の記録とメモが削除されます。アンインストールすると、Appleのバックアップ動作を除き、アプリ専用領域が削除されます。
The current version permits at most one new record per local calendar day for each journey. Older data created under a prior app behavior may include more than one record on a day; OneStep Path may preserve and display those historical records without permitting an additional new record for that day.
現在のバージョンでは、各道につきローカル日付ごとに新規記録を1件まで追加できます。以前のアプリ動作で同じ日に複数の記録が作成されている場合、それらの過去記録を保持・表示することがありますが、その日に新しい記録を追加できることを意味しません。
The current version does not offer an active purchase product or subscription. A purchase is offered only when OneStep Path displays a real App Store purchase sheet with the current product, price, included benefits, and applicable terms. Planned Pro, reminder, widget, or other preview features are not promised until released.
現在のバージョンには、有効な購入商品やサブスクリプションはありません。購入を提供するのは、現在の商品、価格、特典、適用条件を示す実際のApp Store購入画面が表示される場合だけです。計画中のPro、リマインダー、Widgetその他のプレビュー機能は、公開されるまで提供を約束するものではありません。
Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or product reasons. Planned or preview features are not guaranteed until released.
保守、安全、法令、技術、製品上の理由により、機能を変更・停止・終了する場合があります。計画中またはプレビュー中の機能は、公開されるまで提供を保証しません。
To the extent permitted by law, OneStep Path is provided “as is,” and availability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, correct streak or progress display in every circumstance, and prevention of data loss are not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
法令で認められる範囲で、OneStep Pathは「現状のまま」提供され、利用可能性、特定目的への適合性、中断のない動作、あらゆる状況での正確な連続日数・進捗表示、データ損失の防止を保証しません。本規約は、適用される消費者法により排除できない権利または責任を排除するものではありません。
OneStep Path's code, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. User-entered content remains owned by the user.
OneStep Pathのコード、デザイン、オリジナルコンテンツは、適用される知的財産法によって保護されます。ユーザーが入力した内容の権利はユーザーに留保されます。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in the user's country or region.
本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、ユーザーの国または地域で強制的に適用される消費者保護を制限しません。
These Terms may be updated when OneStep Path or legal requirements change. Material changes will be shown on this page with an updated effective date.
OneStep Pathまたは法的要件の変更に応じて本規約を更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、施行日を更新して本ページに反映します。
