Your records, folders, photos and settings are stored on your device. When iCloud is available, records are also synced to your own private iCloud database through Apple's CloudKit so they can appear on your other devices. The developer does not operate a server for this content and cannot read your records. The developer does not ask for your name or email address, and the app has no app-specific sign-in.

From version 2.6, the app uses Google Analytics for Firebase for anonymous usage analytics (screens and fixed events only, never record content). Details are in the Already Done 2.6 addendum.

The free version shows ads through Google AdMob; Pro users do not see ads. Depending on your region, choices and permissions, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process an IP-address-derived approximate location, device identifiers (including the advertising identifier if you allow tracking), advertising data, product interactions, performance and crash data for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. The app does not send your records to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.

This app requests your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites, in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time purchase through Apple's App Store; Apple processes payment and the developer never receives card details. The app uses RevenueCat to verify, restore and manage purchases. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier generated for the app, purchase history and entitlement status for those purposes and for purchase analytics. The app does not provide RevenueCat with your name, email address or records.

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Deleting a record in the app removes it from the device and, when synced, from your iCloud copy. Uninstalling the app removes the data on that device, but records synced to iCloud remain in your iCloud account until you delete them in the app on another device or remove the app's data in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are handled under their policies.
アプリ内で記録を削除すると、デバイスから、また同期している場合はiCloud上のコピーからも削除されます。アプリをアンインストールするとそのデバイス上のデータは削除されますが、iCloudに同期された記録は、別のデバイスのアプリで削除するか、iOSの「設定」→［ご自身の名前］→「iCloud」→「ストレージを管理」でアプリのデータを削除するまでiCloudアカウントに残ります。AppleおよびRevenueCatが保持する購入記録は、各社のポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
