Zabuton offers a one-time Pro purchase that unlocks unlimited active items. The Free version allows up to three active items. A refund or entitlement revocation does not delete or lock existing items or count records; when the collection is over the Free limit, only creating or unarchiving an additional active item is restricted. Apple handles payment, refund, and purchase-history procedures. Restore Purchases checks the entitlement for the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Private CloudKit and Private iCloud Documents availability depends on the user's Apple Account, settings, storage, network, and Apple's services. Continuous or complete synchronization is not guaranteed. The user should confirm synchronization and use the in-app delete-all action before uninstalling when comprehensive deletion is intended.

An annual subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal. A trial applies only when eligibility, duration, and the post-trial price are displayed before purchase. A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase for the Pro features offered by the applicable Nami version and does not create a guarantee that every future service or separately offered feature will be included. Billing, cancellation, refund, and purchase-history handling follow Apple's procedures and applicable law.

Kaku permits public browsing without an account. Publishing or drawing requires Sign in with Apple and confirmation that the participant is 18 or older. A machine consists of one Japanese word and exactly three original drawings made in the app. One remaining drawing is delivered randomly, once per machine and person, using a free ticket that cannot be purchased or exchanged for money or prizes.

Users must own the rights to submitted content and must not submit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, sexual, violent, personally identifying, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise unsafe content. Content may be rejected, held, hidden, stopped, or removed; accounts may be restricted when needed for safety, law, or service integrity. Reporting and blocking tools must not be abused. Availability of a specific machine or drawing is not guaranteed.

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, infringe another person's rights, or reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute it except where applicable law expressly permits.

You remain responsible for media and other content you choose to handle with an app and must have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not use an app to store, create, or distribute unlawful or rights-infringing content.

An app offers a purchase or subscription only when it displays an App Store purchase screen with the current product, price, duration, renewal, and included benefits. Apple processes payment and refund requests under its terms and applicable law. Purchase restoration and subscription management are provided only for apps that actually sell those products.

The apps' code, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. User-owned content remains owned by the user.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in the user's country or region.
