1. Agreement / 同意
By using TimeConsole, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
TimeConsoleを利用することにより、本規約およびAppleの標準使用許諾契約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. Service / サービス
TimeConsole provides local time tracking and related summaries. Results are informational and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
TimeConsoleは端末内の時間計測と集計を提供します。結果は参考情報であり、中断や誤りがないことを保証するものではありません。
3. Purchases / 購入
Pro is offered as auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price, trial eligibility, billing period, and renewal terms shown by Apple at purchase time control. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your Apple Account. If you do not want a free trial to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.
Proは月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプション、および買い切りとして提供されます。購入時にAppleが表示する価格、無料体験の対象可否、請求期間、更新条件が適用されます。サブスクリプションはApple Accountから管理・解約できます。無料体験の更新を希望しない場合は、終了の24時間以上前に解約してください。返金可否はAppleおよび適用法に従います。
4. Your data / 利用者のデータ
Timer data is stored locally. You are responsible for maintaining your device and any device backup you choose to use.
計測データは端末内に保存されます。端末および利用する端末バックアップの管理は利用者の責任となります。
5. Changes and availability / 変更と提供
Features may be changed or discontinued as permitted by law. Material term changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
法令で認められる範囲で、機能を変更または終了する場合があります。重要な規約変更は発効日を更新して掲載します。
