Fumidana is a personal writing tool that turns records into locally stored books and bookshelves. Version 1 does not provide a Fumidana account, developer-operated cloud backup, CloudKit synchronization, or community sharing.
ふみ棚は、記録を端末内の本と本棚として残す個人向け執筆ツールです。バージョン1は、ふみ棚アカウント、開発者運営のクラウドバックアップ、CloudKit同期、コミュニティ共有を提供しません。
Users retain their rights in titles, text, and images they enter or select. Users are responsible for having the right to use that content and for keeping an independent copy of important records. The developer cannot remotely recover local books after device loss, damage, replacement, app deletion, or storage failure.
ユーザーが入力・選択した題名、本文、画像の権利はユーザーに留保されます。ユーザーは当該内容を使用する権利を有すること、および重要な記録を別の方法でも保管することについて責任を負います。端末の紛失・故障・交換、アプリ削除、保存障害後に、開発者が端末内の本を遠隔復元することはできません。
The Free version provides one bookshelf, books up to that shelf's capacity, unlimited pages, all shelf themes, Monthly Recap, and advertising after eligible saves. Fumidana Pro provides unlimited bookshelves and books and removes ads. Existing records remain readable and editable if Pro access ends; only creation beyond the Free limits is restricted.
Free版は、本棚1つ、その棚の容量までの本、無制限の頁、全本棚テーマ、月次振り返り、および対象保存後の広告を提供します。ふみ棚Proは本棚と本を無制限にし、広告を非表示にします。Pro利用権終了後も既存記録は閲覧・編集でき、Free上限を超える新規作成だけが制限されます。
Fumidana Pro is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions with no free trial. The current localized price, billing period, and included benefits are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to the user's Apple Account after confirmation. A subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. It can be managed or canceled in Apple Account settings. Purchase, refund, renewal, and restoration are subject to Apple's terms and applicable law.
ふみ棚Proは無料トライアルなしの月額・年額自動更新サブスクリプションとして提供されます。現在の地域別価格、期間、特典は購入前に表示されます。購入確認後、Apple Accountへ請求されます。現在期間終了の24時間以上前に解約しない限り自動更新され、Apple Accountの設定から管理・解約できます。購入、返金、更新、復元にはAppleの規約と適用法が適用されます。
The Free version may display advertising after eligible completed saves. Ads are provided by third parties and are subject to consent choices and the Fumidana Privacy Policy.
Free版では対象となる保存完了後に広告が表示される場合があります。広告は第三者により提供され、ユーザーの同意内容およびふみ棚プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
Users may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, violate another person's rights, or reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute it except where applicable law expressly permits.
ユーザーは、アプリを不正利用し、動作を妨害し、第三者の権利を侵害し、または適用法が明示的に認める場合を除いてリバースエンジニアリング、改変、再配布してはなりません。
Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve purchased access where technically and legally possible. Future CloudKit or community features are not promised until released.
保守、安全、法令、製品上の理由により、機能を変更・停止・終了する場合があります。技術的・法的に可能な範囲で購入済み利用権の維持に合理的な努力を行います。将来のCloudKit・コミュニティ機能は、公開されるまで提供を約束するものではありません。
Fumidana is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. The app is not a guaranteed backup service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
ふみ棚は法令で認められる範囲で「現状のまま」提供され、保証されたバックアップサービスではありません。本規約は、適用される消費者法により排除できない権利または責任を排除しません。
The app's code, design, bundled assets, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. User-created book content remains subject to section 3.
アプリのコード、デザイン、同梱素材、オリジナル内容は適用される知的財産法で保護されます。ユーザーが作成した本の内容には第3条が適用されます。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in the user's country or region.
本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、ユーザーの国・地域で強制的に適用される消費者保護を制限しません。
These Terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. Material changes will be shown by updating the effective date.
アプリまたは法的要件の変更に応じて本規約を更新する場合があります。重要な変更は施行日を更新して反映します。
