Version 1 stores books on the user's iPhone. It has no Fumidana account or CloudKit synchronization.
バージョン1は本をユーザーのiPhone内に保存し、ふみ棚アカウントやCloudKit同期を提供しません。
This policy explains how the current version of Fumidana handles information. It supplements the imai apps common privacy policy and controls for Fumidana if the two conflict. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, GitHub Pages, and any service you open have their own policies.
本ポリシーは、現在のふみ棚における情報の取り扱いを説明し、imai apps共通プライバシーポリシーを補足します。ふみ棚について両者が矛盾する場合は本ポリシーが優先されます。Apple、Google、RevenueCat、GitHub Pagesおよびユーザーが開くサービスには各社のポリシーが適用されます。
Fumidana stores the following in the app's local container and app-only preferences:

Depending on the user's Apple and device settings, app data may be included in a device or iCloud backup managed by Apple. This is not Fumidana CloudKit synchronization.
Appleおよび端末の設定によっては、アプリデータがApple管理の端末バックアップまたはiCloudバックアップに含まれる場合があります。これはふみ棚のCloudKit同期ではありません。
Version 1 does not require an account and does not transmit book text, titles, or selected images to a developer-operated server. The developer cannot remotely view or recover local books. Future community, Firebase, and CloudKit features are inactive in version 1.
バージョン1はアカウントを必要とせず、本の本文、題名、選択画像を開発者運営サーバーへ送信しません。開発者は端末内の本を遠隔で閲覧・復元できません。将来用のコミュニティ、Firebase、CloudKit機能はバージョン1では起動しません。
The Free version uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Ads may appear only after eligible completed saves and are not shown while writing or reading. Pro users do not receive ads.
Free版はGoogle AdMobとGoogle User Messaging Platform（UMP）を使用します。広告は対象となる保存完了後だけ表示される場合があり、執筆中・読書中には表示されません。Proユーザーには広告を表示しません。
Depending on region, consent choices, and the ad served, Google and participating partners may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising data, product interaction, diagnostics, and performance data to provide, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in advertising.
地域、同意内容、配信広告に応じ、Googleおよび参加事業者は広告の配信・測定・安全確保・不正防止のため、端末識別子、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報、広告データ、製品操作情報、診断情報、パフォーマンス情報を処理する場合があります。
Where UMP requires an entry point, advertising privacy choices can be reviewed from Fumidana Settings.
UMPが再設定入口を必要とする地域では、ふみ棚の設定から広告プライバシーの選択内容を確認できます。
Version 1 does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) through App Tracking Transparency and disables Google's publisher first-party identifier setting. Advertising remains subject to consent choices, Apple platform restrictions, and applicable third-party policies.
バージョン1はApp Tracking TransparencyによるAppleの広告識別子（IDFA）へのアクセス許可を求めず、Googleのpublisher first-party identifier設定を無効にしています。広告には、ユーザーの同意内容、Appleプラットフォームの制限、適用される第三者ポリシーが適用されます。
Apple processes monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier and purchase history to validate purchases, restore purchases, provide subscription analytics, and determine Pro access. Version 1 does not give RevenueCat a name, email address, or custom account identifier. The developer does not receive payment-card details.
月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプションはAppleが処理します。RevenueCatは、購入確認、購入復元、サブスクリプション分析、Pro利用権判定のため、匿名のアプリユーザー識別子と購入履歴を処理します。バージョン1は氏名、メールアドレス、独自アカウント識別子をRevenueCatへ渡しません。開発者はカード情報を受け取りません。
Local books and settings remain until the user edits or deletes them or removes Fumidana. Uninstalling the app removes its local container, subject to Apple's backup and restoration behavior. Apple purchase records and information processed by Google or RevenueCat are retained under each provider's policy and are not deleted merely by uninstalling the app.
端末内の本と設定は、ユーザーが編集・削除するか、ふみ棚を削除するまで保持されます。アプリを削除すると、Appleのバックアップ・復元動作を除きアプリ専用領域が削除されます。Appleの購入記録およびGoogle・RevenueCatが処理する情報は各社のポリシーに従って保持され、アプリの削除だけでは消去されません。
If a user contacts support, the developer receives information the user chooses to include, such as an email address and message content. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, complete purchase receipts, or private book content.
サポートへ連絡した場合、開発者はメールアドレスや問い合わせ本文など、ユーザーが任意で含めた情報を受け取ります。パスワード、カード情報、購入レシート全文、非公開の本の内容を送らないでください。
Apple, Google, RevenueCat, GitHub, and participating providers may process information outside the user's country of residence. Applicable safeguards are described in their policies and contractual terms.
Apple、Google、RevenueCat、GitHubおよび参加事業者は、ユーザーの居住国外で情報を処理する場合があります。適用される保護措置は各社のポリシーおよび契約条件に記載されています。
Users may review available advertising choices in the app, manage subscriptions through Apple, contact the developer about applicable privacy rights, and lodge a complaint with their data-protection authority. Requests for data controlled directly by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or GitHub must be made to that provider.
ユーザーはアプリ内で利用可能な広告設定を確認し、Appleでサブスクリプションを管理し、適用法上の権利について開発者へ連絡し、データ保護監督機関へ苦情を申し立てることができます。Apple、Google、RevenueCat、GitHubが直接管理する情報は各社へ請求してください。
Fumidana is a general-audience writing tool and is not directed specifically to children. Users below the minimum digital-consent age in their region should use it only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
ふみ棚は一般向けの執筆ツールで、子どもを主な対象としていません。地域のデジタル同意最低年齢に満たない方は、保護者または法定代理人の許可を得て利用してください。
This policy may be updated when features, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date before the relevant feature is offered.
機能、利用事業者、法的要件の変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、関連機能の提供前に施行日を更新して反映します。
