Create an entry / 記録を作る

Tap the add button, choose one of five categories, then use only the optional fields you need. Body text is not required.

追加ボタンをタップし、5つの分類から選びます。必要な補助項目だけを使え、本文は必須ではありません。

Record audio / 音声を記録する

Microphone permission appears only after you start recording. Each entry can hold one voice note.

マイク権限は録音開始後に表示されます。1件の記録に音声を1つ保存できます。

Trash and recovery / ゴミ箱と復元

Deleted entries move to the 30-day trash. Open Settings, then Trash, to restore or permanently delete them.

削除した記録は30日間のゴミ箱へ移動します。「設定」→「ゴミ箱」から復元または完全削除できます。

Encrypted backup and full replacement restore / 暗号化バックアップと全体置換復元

Choose a strong passphrase and save the exported file somewhere you control. To restore, choose a compatible backup, enter its passphrase, validate its summary, and confirm replacement. Restore replaces the app’s current journal data; it does not merge entries. You can export the current data before replacement. Support cannot recover a lost passphrase.

強いパスフレーズを選び、管理可能な場所へ保存してください。復元時は、対応するバックアップを選び、パスフレーズを入力し、概要を検証して置き換えを確定します。復元は現在の日記データを置き換え、記録を統合しません。置き換え前に現在のデータを書き出せます。サポートは紛失したパスフレーズを復元できません。

Restore Pro / Proを復元する

Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Pro画面で「購入を復元」をタップしてください。購入時と同じApple Accountを使用します。

Manage a subscription / サブスクリプションを管理する

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple provides current instructions at Apple Support.
