1. Agreement / 同意
By using Fragment Journal, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
断片日記を利用することにより、本規約およびAppleの標準使用許諾契約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. Service / サービス
Fragment Journal provides local journaling, search, review, audio, safety, encrypted backup export, and full replacement restore features. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
断片日記は、端末内の日記、検索、振り返り、音声、安全機能、暗号化バックアップ書き出し、全体置換復元を提供します。中断や誤りがないことを保証するものではありません。
3. Your data and backups / 利用者のデータとバックアップ
You are responsible for your device, exported files, and backup passphrases. Restore replaces the app’s current journal data after confirmation. The developer cannot recover a lost passphrase.
端末、書き出したファイル、パスフレーズの管理は利用者の責任となります。復元は確認後に現在の日記データを置き換えます。開発者は紛失したパスフレーズを復元できません。
4. Purchases / 購入
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing annual subscription with a 14-day free trial for eligible users and as a one-time lifetime purchase. No monthly subscription is offered. The price, trial eligibility, billing period, and renewal terms shown by Apple at purchase time control. The subscription can be managed or canceled through your Apple Account. If you do not want the free trial to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.
Proは、対象者向け14日間無料体験付きの年額自動更新サブスクリプション、および買い切りとして提供されます。月額サブスクリプションは提供しません。購入時にAppleが表示する価格、無料体験の対象可否、請求期間、更新条件が適用されます。サブスクリプションはApple Accountから管理・解約できます。無料体験の更新を希望しない場合は、終了の24時間以上前に解約してください。返金可否はAppleおよび適用法に従います。
5. Changes and availability / 変更と提供
Features may be changed or discontinued as permitted by law. Material term changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
法令で認められる範囲で機能を変更または終了する場合があります。重要な変更は発効日を更新して掲載します。
